Digital companion for EV drivers in Latvia
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application ("EV Helper") provided by Web3 generation, SIA ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the EV Helper, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using EV Helper, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use EV Helper.
EV Helper provides a platform that allows it's users to view information about EV charging stations in Latvia, log their charging sessions and view saved data in the aggregated state.
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. Data you save in the app is not shared with EV Helper. It's only stored locally on your device. User GEO location is not transmitted to EV Helper. It's used only locally to help you locate charging stations close to you.
You agree to use EV Helper in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You will not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with EV Helper's functionality or the experience of other users.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to EV Helper at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
EV Helper, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of EV Helper or its content without our prior written permission.
EV Helper IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF EV Helper IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF EV Helper, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the updated version on EV Helper or notifying you by other means.
